The earliest signs of Alzheimers Symptoms or Dimentia symptoms are memory loss. But memory loss alone is not an indication that a person has Alzheimer's disease. Some memory loss is a natural part of aging.

With alzheimers patients, memory loss is progressive and becomes so serious that normal daily function become difficult.
